Why can’t I see all my Facebook friends?
First of all, make sure you’ve connected your Facebook account to your game profile.
The “Suggested Friends” section in the Friends Center only shows your Facebook friends who have the game installed on their device and have connected their own game to their Facebook account.
However, if you're an iOS user and your Facebook friends list isn’t syncing automatically, it’s likely because tracking permissions are disabled for our game on your device.
Don’t worry! You can still update your friends list manually:
- Tap the menu and choose the “Friends” option.
- Switch to the “Add Friends” tab.
- Tap the “Refresh” button at the bottom.
- Re-login with your Facebook details.
Once you confirm your Facebook details, your updated Facebook friend list should appear under the “Suggested Friends” section.
To prevent this issue from repeating, you will need to enable automatic updates. Follow these steps to grant tracking permissions:
- Open your device’s Settings app.
- Scroll down to find the game and tap on it.
- Look for the option “Allow Tracking” and toggle it on.
If you don’t see the “Allow Tracking” option:
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Make sure “Allow Apps to Request to Track” is turned on.
- You’ll see a list of apps – make sure the toggle next to our game is switched on.
- After granting permissions, close and reopen the game to apply the changes.
