What should I include in my message to the Support team?
To help our Support team assist you as quickly and effectively as possible, please provide as much detail as you can when describing your issue. The more information you share, the faster we can resolve it!
Here’s what to include:
- Payment Issues – Be sure to include the transaction date, the payment amount, and the payment method used (e.g., last four digits of your credit/debit card number, PayPal email address, or Venmo username).
- Tournament Issues – Include a screenshot of the leaderboard results, ensuring the tournament ID is clearly visible.
- Withdrawal Issues: Be sure to include the withdrawal date and the withdrawal reference number for faster processing.
